Nurturing and nourishing device-free weekend for women
in one of the most beautiful valleys in Iceland
Welcome at Skeið Lodge weekend 19th to 21st September 2025
Arrival time 18.00 Friday, Departure 14.00 Sunday
Nourishing weekend for women spent in the embrace of magic mountains and calming nature in Svarfaðardal, where we:
- relax and get rest from stress and daily chores,
- re-connect to ourselves and our inner calling, in the circle of other women who care, while getting inspiration from each other on our inner journeys,
- bring focus to our creative powers and resources,
- reflect on our current situation through a facilitated process and evaluate what serves and what is it that might need to change,
- practice how to flow in line with inner calling and ones´ needs and how to be in the flow with oneself and others.
During the weekend, nature will be our biggest teacher. Hiking and dwelling in nature will be one of our core weekend activities helping us regain and claim our inner powers and resources, while getting inspiration.
Space and time together where we enjoy playing and flowing together. Being together, while nourishing body, mind and soul in the company of inspiring women with the focus on offline being. To top this rejuvenating experience, we will enjoy organic food that has been grown bio dynamically with respect to natural cycles. We highly recommend keeping the mobiles phones off during the actual stay.
