What the weekend is about
Totelly Weekend is a small-group retreat where we slow down, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves and others. It is not a formal training or a clinical programme. It is a shared space for honest conversation, creative exploration, and meaningful connection.
The weekend offers a gentle structure where you can step away from daily noise, look at your life from a fresh angle, and explore what you need more of, what you may need less of, and what direction feels more authentic for you.
What we’ll do together
Guided reflection exercises
Creative and artistic exploration
Ecosystem mapping
Small group conversations
Time in nature
Shared meals and potluck moments
Bonfire and relaxed evening connection
A closing session to gather insights and take them home
Who this is for
This weekend is for you if you are looking for:
More clarity in life, work, or relationships
Deeper and more honest conversations
A pause from daily responsibilities and noise
Creative ways to reflect on your life
A sense of community without pressure
A meaningful weekend in the Icelandic countryside
You do not need to be an artist, performer, or experienced retreat participant. The exercises are accessible and guided. Curiosity is enough.
For life, work, and everything in between
The reflections during the weekend can support both personal and professional questions. You may be thinking about your work, your relationships, your sense of purpose, your boundaries, your next step, or how you want to contribute to the world around you.
Through conversation, mapping, and creative exercises, we’ll explore how your inner world connects with the people, places, systems, and communities around you. The aim is simple: to leave with more clarity, more connection, and a stronger sense of what matters to you.
The location
The weekend takes place at Skýjaborgir Eco Ranch, close to Hella in South Iceland. The venue is surrounded by open landscapes, quiet nature, mountain views, and the presence of Hekla in the distance.
It is a place where the pace naturally slows down. There is space to walk, breathe, talk, sit quietly, and let your nervous system put down its luggage for a while.
