✨Do you long for a weekend where time slows down — surrounded by good people, fresh country air, and meaningful conversations?
✨Are you feeling at a crossroads, or unclear about certain areas of your life?
✨Do you long for deeper community and connection?
✨Do you thrive in learning environments that are playful, open-hearted, and inspiring?
✨Are you curious about how you can show up more fully in every part of your life — with your family, friends, work, and communities — in a way that feels more authentic and aligned with who you truly are?
Come join us for the next Totel.ly Retreat, 19–21 June 2026 in Hella. The weekend will be facilitated by Tanja, Geoffrey, and Maru. Together, we will gather in community and create a safe space to explore our life journeys — where we have been, where we are now, and what we would like to co-create for our future. A future that is aligned with our core selves, supported and held in community.Nature, as part of our community, will be both the backdrop and the inspiration for our journey together. The facilitation combines playfulness, artistic exploration, reflection, and learning from one another.
How this applies to your work and career
The weekend material and explorations will also apply to your work environment. When you understand your own needs, boundaries and values more clearly you can communicate it with greater awareness and confidence and less friction. The process of ecosystem mapping can be applied to our work environment, useful whether you're navigating a career shift, leading a team, or trying to find more meaning in your day-to-day work. Participants often leave with sharper clarity on what they want to contribute, stronger listening skills, and a renewed sense of the relationships that sustain them — at their desk as much as at home.
