Centered around the three pillars of Totelly—self-connection, connection with others, and nature connection—this retreat weaves together insights from biomimicry and the Logic of Life to help you design your life with a clear intention.

What we will cover

In a cozy group of 10–12 participants, you will:

Map your personal ecosystem – Explore how your emotional, physical, and relational worlds interrelate, and develop a plan to nurture balance and well-being.

Deepen self-connection – Cultivate kindness toward yourself, identify core values, recognize stress triggers, and practice healthy stress management.

Strengthen connections with others – Learn about interdependence, conflict resolution, and community-building strategies that foster empathy and reciprocity.

Reawaken nature connection – Experience the wisdom of natural cycles, discover how each part cares for the whole, and rekindle awe for the non-human world.

You can expect interactive exercises, light movement, reflection, group discussions, and plenty of moments to feel seen, heard, and inspired. We’ll share potluck-style lunches, with coffee, tea, and snacks provided.

Regular Price: kr. 20,000
