A whole weekend to experience the physical, elemental and magical maps of the 5Rhythms moving meditation practice, created by Gabrielle Roth. Inviting the breath to guide us into our bodies, and welcoming music and creativity as tools to support us as we move.

Liz teaches in a way that is so direct and physical that I am sometimes surprised to find that I have sunk into a deep pool of magic and transformation as I move. Her music is always a beautifully chosen partner to the dance. Her tireless choice of creativity and movement over many years lends depth and clarity to her teaching. Í gegnum öndunina finnum við tenginguna við líkamann. Af tónlist og sköpun, sprettur hreyfing sem er þín einstaka hreyfing og sköpunarkrafturinn virkjast og styður hreyfinguna.
Öndunin dýpkar vitundina um líkamann og þaðan fær hreyfingin að spretta, studd af tónlist og sköpunarkrafti.

Liz kennir á svo einbeittan og líkamlegan hátt að það kemur mér stundum á óvart þegar ég allt í einu finn að ég hef sokkið inn í djúpa vitund töfra og umbreytingar, meðan ég hreyfi mig. Tónlistin sem hún velur er svo dásamlegur félagi í dansinum. Hún er óþreytandi við að virkja sköpunina í hreyfingunni og mikil reynsla gefur henni dýpt og skýrleika sem kennara. Ef þú vilt kynda sköpunareldinn þinn og finna eldheita ást innra með þér, þá dansaðu með Liz! Ég vildi að ég kæmist, þetta verða töfrar!
